User Manual

⭐ Installation

  • Cut the mounting opening on the enclosure according to the cut-out template provided inside the package.
  • Install the filter unit into the prepared opening. (This model does not require screws for mounting, as it is equipped with a quick snap-in locking system).

⭐ Electrical Connection

  • Ensure that the supply voltage and frequency match the rated values indicated on the product label.
  • Electrical connections must comply with applicable standards and local electrical safety regulations.
  • Note: A clogged filter reduces fan performance, resulting in poor or insufficient airflow.

⭐ Filter Replacement

  • Replacement procedure: Slide the front cover downward, remove and replace the internal filter mat, then slide the cover upward to close. Filter Replacement
  • Cleaning: The filter mat can be cleaned by washing, spraying with water, or gently blowing with compressed air. The cleaning interval depends on the working environment and the equipment usage frequency.

Note: A clogged filter reduces the performance of the fan, resulting in poor ventilation or even complete loss of airflow.

⭐ Application

Exhaust fans with filters are widely used in control cabinets, junction boxes, power distribution cabinets, electrical and electronic equipment, automation devices, welding machines, packaging machines, etc...

Exhaust Fan

Overview

Electrical Cabinet Exhaust Fan

An electrical cabinet exhaust fan is an essential accessory used for heat dissipation and ventilation of equipment inside electrical enclosures. By improving airflow, it helps extend the service life of internal components and ensures stable and reliable operation of the electrical system.

Function and Operating Principle

The exhaust fan circulates air by removing hot air, moisture, and accumulated dust from inside the cabinet, while allowing cooler ambient air to enter. This process maintains a stable internal temperature and prevents overheating, which is a primary cause of equipment failure, reduced performance, and operational downtime.

Typically, the exhaust fan is installed near the top of the enclosure where hot air accumulates, while air inlets or intake fans are positioned near the bottom to optimize heat exchange efficiency.
